A corner in the garden

DSCN1052This is a corner I have on my backyard and I need ideas for it.

The green container is my composter bin and the wall behind it divides my house from my neighbor’s house. The left wall is my living room external wall. Although I have a more or less rectangular backyard, I also have this corner that only gets  a couple of hours a day of sun.

In the past we had a palm tree, then we had lawn but nos it’s just sand and weeds. I was thinking about covering the corner with little stones, like the one you can see under the seesaw, or some plants that don’t need too much sun energy.

My husband has the idea of looking for some small garden sheds, maybe he can find a small one that fits on that space. My opinion is that a garden shed wouldn’t be of much utility there because we have nothing to store there.

What do you think? Some plants? Stones?
