Backyard prepared for Autumn

Although we still have good weather the temperatures are lower and unpredictable, that’s why we stored the swimming pool already. It was too cold for the kids to go in the pool, the water was always too cold so, bye bye pool. The garden cover, the table and the chairs are still outside but we are not using them anymore. These are clear indicators that Autumn is here and we won’t be using the backyard too often.

We have the barbecue and a stainless sink (my neighbours have stone sinks instead) but they have no cover so during winter we never use them because if it’s raining we get wet, if it’s cold we can’t be outside. It’s a waste space but until we have money to build a roof for it we can’t use the space.

Do you have cheap alternatives to cover a barbecue in the back yard that is strong enough to go throughout Winter?
