Medical Conditions for Degenerative Diseases
After three months of being hospitalized to do some physical therapy and medication adjustments my father is back to his home. During these three months my mother was able to rest but now she is back in action taking care of my father 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
He already has an electrical bed that puts him in an almost sit position but he wants to sit in a chair. We have looked in several places that sell medical equipment and finally I found a company that sell a type of chair that has several positions, has head support, arm support and can go from a sit position until a lay down position.
I wish people with degenerative diseases could have more support from hospitals or medical centers. Patients life can be long even with this type of diseases so it is appropriate that they have good medical and home conditions.
