Afternoon in the Camping Park Pool
Yesterday we had a great afternoon in a camping swimming pool.
The daycare my kids used to attend has always a lot of Summer activities. Although they are at home with me since I quit my job, my son and daughter (and myself) have a great connection with the daycare and the personal. We went there to visit on Tuesday and we were informed of the activities they were having this week. Wednesday we went to the daycare director’s house pool and yesterday we joined them in a camping park.
This camping park I’m talking about is in the middle of the woods, has a restaurant, gymnasium, grocery store, coffee shop, rafting, climbing and many other activities. It is a bungalow camping park so no camping gear is needed. The bungalows can be bought or rented so if you want to spend a few days or a couple of weeks there, you just have to pay for those days.
The great attraction is that not only the people that is staying there night and day can use the pool and do activities. If we want to go there just to spend an afternoon, we pay a ticket for that afternoon.
As usual, I only remember that I have no camera when I get to the place so there are no photos to share. The kids had a lot of fun swimming and jumping into the water.
Having a bungalow is a nice idea to spend weekends or holidays however renting during Summer is extremely expensive, especially for us that live not far from there.
For us the awesome option would be going to south and spend a few days away from home, with better weather (very windy and foggy here) and with no home chores to do.
