Having Fun Going Further Into Your Instincts
Every day we have questions that need answers. Ever ask yourself an all important question and find you have too many answers for it? Here is a way to shut out all the mess and find the answer you need.
Sit down in a quiet place with paper and pen and write the question on the top slowly three times while you say it out load to yourself. It can be any question, “What will happen to me in a year?”
Next write the first answer that pops into your head, don’t think about it let your mind just bring out what is there freely.
The answer can’t be wrong so don’t worry, don’t try to change it or force it. If making an arrow is what is there then let it be, there’s no right or wrong.
If you are right handed try using your left hand, go deeper into the subconscious part of your mind. This allows the inner child to be freed and come out in your writing.
Keep going until you feel you have completely explored the answer, let the process flow to the end and don’t judge yourself just have fun with the exercise.
When you finish and feel you’ve done all you needed to take a break, close your eyes, and reboot. Allow yourself the time to let go of your writing and then come back with new eyes and receive your message.
Wow you just gave yourself an intuitive reading, how about that. This may lead you to another question, or even to an answer that has meaning to you. Whatever you get out of it take to heart your intuition, it’s usually your first response to any question or situation and it’s usually right. Intuition can be a powerful thing and learning how to get it and use it can be a helpful every day tool in life.
